Patient visits are scheduled within 48 hours-- sooner for STAT referrals. Exceeding Medicare and JCAHO guidelines, all progress notes (including patient and provider signatures) as well as all case communications are delivered from the field to your office electronically on the same day as the patient visit via a secure HIPPA-compliant web-based digital network. This completely eliminates the lag period between patient visits and the receipt of clinical documentation in the patient’s chart, providing the highest level of interdisciplinary communication and coordination of patient care.
